Welcome to Working Smarter AI. By accessing our website, registering for a workshop, or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Event Registration & Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.

  • We accept payments via Stripe.

  • Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

  • You may transfer your registration to another participant by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

 

3. Event Changes or Cancellations by Organizer

  • In the unlikely event that a workshop is canceled or rescheduled by Working Smarter AI, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.

  • We are not responsible for additional costs incurred (e.g., travel or lodging).

 

4. Participation Requirements

  • Participants are responsible for bringing their own devices (laptop preferred) and ensuring they can access necessary accounts during the workshop.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the event or violates these terms, without refund.

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All workshop materials, slides, and resources provided by Working Smarter AI are for personal and professional use only.

  • You may not copy, share, or resell any materials without prior written permission.

  • Workshop content remains the intellectual property of Working Smarter AI.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Working Smarter AI provides tools, training, and resources for educational purposes.

  • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from attending a workshop.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation.

 

7. Disclaimer

  • Working Smarter AI provides training, resources, and examples for educational and professional development purposes only.

  • We do not guarantee specific results from the use of AI tools, as these tools are owned and operated by third-party providers (such as OpenAI, Microsoft, or other platforms).

  • We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or data policies of these third-party services.

  • Nothing shared in our workshops or materials should be construed as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

  • Participants are solely responsible for how they choose to apply the information and tools provided.

 

8. Privacy

  • Your information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By registering, you consent to receiving necessary communications related to your event and optional updates if you have opted in.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.
